Michael Ryan
OWNER/ OPERATOR
Mick is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to pool systems and maintenance.
Deciding to go it alone, Mick founded Mick’s Pool Care in 2021.
He prides himself on helping clients in any way he can, from educating them on pool systems to providing ongoing support.
In addition to being a pool guru, Mick is also a qualified heavy vehicle mechanic and auto electrician, skills that come in handy when troubleshooting different pool systems.
When he’s not working, you can catch Mick spending time with his family, hunting, camping, and fishing.

Andrew Phoenix
POOL TECHNICIAN
Andrew is a talented pool technician, he’s approachable and always ready to tackle any challenge.
Andrew spent several years serving in the Australian Defence Force, followed by working in other labour- intensive roles, before making a career change to be closer to home and better support his family.
As for free time- well, he has none! When he does manage to grab a rare moment, Andrew likes to ride his motorbike, travel with his family to a fun destination or simply indulge in some gardening. His dedication, hands-on experience, and approachable nature make him a valued member of the team.

Donna Ryan
BUSINESS MANAGER
Donna works on the backend of the business, from customer scheduling and answering the switchboard in the busy months; to creating new and exciting marketing ideas, she makes sure everything is running smoothly.
Donna worked in Environmental Regulation for many years before making the switch to support daily operations for Mick’s Pool Care.
When she’s not working, you can find Donna spending time with her family, planning the next family getaway or baking cakes for her business, Life’s Pretty Sweet.

Kelvin
HEAD OF SECURITY
As our head of security, Kelvin takes his job very seriously, sounding the sieren to any impending danger in the neighborhood. Keeping a close eye on the inventory we can rest easy that our business is in safe hands.
When he’s not on the clock he enjoys sleeping, walking, outdoor adventures, barking and sleeping some more.
